  1. I’m 19 and every time I put my birthday in it says I’m not eligible.also on my iPad (iOS) it doesn’t have that “clear cache”thing the only way to delete the data is by deleting the app,I have deleted and reinstalled the app many many times but still every time I’m not eligible.
